1) Your items are in USD, what is your conversion rate (SGD/UK/CAD/AUD)?
Our exchange rate from the USD is according to the prevailing exchange rate. We follow the rates as reflected in www.xe.com.

Shipping

1) Do you ship abroad? Which countries do you ship to?
Yes, we generally ship via Singpost service. We offer 2 delivery options - regular mail or express courier service. We aim to despatch your orders within 2 working days (Monday - Friday). This can be subject to availability, but you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.

Please refer to the following table for a general guide on shipping costs to respective destinations. Actual costs depends on the size and weight of merchandise.

**Free shipping for local orders above SGD50 with registered mail**
**Fees apply to first item shipping only and is meant as a rough guide only.
Larger items may have higher shipping costs. Bulk orders will have a fee of 1 - 2USD/item.

Orders

1) How to order?
Click on the picture of the product, then click "Add to Cart". Click on "Checkout" when you have finished shopping. If you are an existing member, you will be prompted to login to the system. If you are a new user, you will be prompted to fill in your particulars.

Check your personal details, credit card numbers, relevant expiry date, and orders. Click "Confirm". Your order will be processed by an email confirmation. Your orders will be shipped upon payment clearance and an email notification will be sent.

2) By email

Alternatively, you could email us at sales@hoardshoponline.com we will reply with payment details within 48 hours.

Payment

1) What are your modes of payment?
We currently accept payments via:
Credit cards - Paypal/ Paypal eCheck
Fund Transfer via POSB (for local payment only)
Personal Cheques

If those payment options are not available to you, please email us to check for alternatives.

*All prices are stated in Singapore dollars. The conversion to US dollars are mere estimates and will be subject to current exchange rates at point of payment*

Credit card payments will induce a percentage surchage due to the credit card company. As we try to keep prices fair, it is not possible for us to absorb the surcharge. We do not wish to inflate our prices by including these surcharges in, then claim to absorb it. Moreover, it will not be fair to customers who do not pay by credit cards.

2) What are the currencies that you accept?
Our base price is in Singapore dollars, and we accept SGD, US dollars, and UK pounds. Credit card payments include Visa, Mastercard and American Express - handled through Paypal.

Merchandise/Miscellaneous

1) Out of Stock product! But I really like it, can I order it still?
More often than not, our products are in limited quantities, and are available only for a particular season. If you really like something thats out of stock, write to us sales@hoardshoponline.com stating the item name and code. We'll see what we can do, but no promises!

2) I am interested to distribute some of your products in my shop or abroad. Can I do so?

3) How do I stay updated about your products?

4) When do you have sales/discounts?
Anytime. When we feel that the day needs to be brightened up. We, however, favour Wednesdays in particular (due to certain memories of Wednesdays where Jem used to 'brighten up' dancing away) and special occasions.

5) What is your take on customer service?
Offering a one-of-a-kind customer service is our policy. If there's anything you're unsatisfied about or feel there's a need for improvement, please rant. We always try to improve, promise.
