Delivery
We offer 2 delivery options - regular mail or express courier service. We aim to despatch your orders within 2 working days (Monday - Friday). This can be subject to availability, but you will be informed within this period if we are unable to fulfil your order for any reason.
Please refer to the following table for a general guide on shipping costs to respective destinations. Actual costs depends on the size and weight of merchandise.

Items may be returned to us following our returns procedure, which can be found on the FAQs page. Any shipping costs incurred in replacing the item are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges for faulty merchandise will be reveiwed by Hoard on a case to case basis. Hoard reserves the right to reject such refund cases at our discretion. Perishable goods, special orders or items personalised and made to your specification are not eligible for exchanges.
Order Cancellation & Returns Procedure
You have a right to cancel your order for any item purchased through our website with or without reason, under the distance selling regulations. You may cancel your order and inform us via email or phone communcations prior to the payment due date. In the event that the Customer cancels an order for a back-ordered item, payment deposit is forfeited. A full deposit refund, less 20% re-stocking fee (20% of merchandise price) and transfer costs, if applicable, may be refunded at Hoard's discretion.
All faulty merchandise, except goods that are altered during installation, will be exchanged on a one-to-one basis. A further top up payment would be required if the goods value of the replacement product is higher. This exchange is limited to the following criteria:
1) Claims must be made, via e-mail, within 7 days upon receipt of merchandise. Items not received by Hoard Shop within 10 working days from the date the claim was made, will not be eligible
2) Reasonable care of the item must be taken and all original packaging must be retained and returned. Tracking must be enabled on all return packages for mutual accountability; Hoard will not be liable for any loss rendered from return packages shall mail tracking not be adhered.
